Since… believe it or not… I’m so completely a newb to WordPress, I’m still learning the “ins and outs” of setting up categories, tags, pages, and figuring out just how to get everything to flow together! (If you haven’t figured that out from the dust flying, damn, I’m pretty good at disguising my “newb-ness” then!)… ANYWAY…. What I really wanted was for my “Pages” to also appear as blog entries.. but I guess that didn’t happen the right way….

SOoooo… here’s a little something to get you started looking around… I’ve taken an Entry from my “LIFE-MY VIEWS” section and have made it a blog entry here. And just a word of warning.. well.. if you read the following.. you’ll need no explanation…

I’ve always… I mean always been considered an opinionated bitch, and I love writing prose, so you’ll be seeing a lot of that in the future - and I hope that I don’t offend others, however, most likely they’ll be coming along at times. Take it with a grain of salt… just remember.. this is my page, MY views… and if you don’t like them.. gosh, gee, I’m not holding a gun to ya to stay here, am I? Once you read my other articles.. you’ll understand more… but just from the titles of the different pages under this section.. by now, you probably have figured out I’m totally opinionated, stubborn as a mule, just love to open up the floor for arguments, don’t like victims, and have a problem with depression, yadda yadda… Well, okay, so some is true, and some is not! *smile*

The one wonderful thing about living in the United States and democratic societies is the ability and the freedoms to express ourselves how we see fit. Okay, if you don’t agree with me, not a problem, remember, this IS my website - not yours! My website, a freedom of expression for me, my thoughts, deeds, wants, needs and desires.

Okay, so I’m opinionated and stubborn - but what the hell, everyone needs a bit of spice in their lives, don’t they? Wouldn’t it be rather boring to all be on automation? Or, we could of course become the perfect fantasy of the “mouse kingdom”!

In truth, I believe that everyone needs to learn to be responsible for their own actions; their own decisions, and the paths that they choose to travel in this game of life. Too frequently in the world today, we hear of blaming others with whatever excuse that happens to pop into our small minds at the time. Unfortunately folks, until we straighten up - until we grow up and realize that we control the destiny of our own lives, the world is going to be a whacked out place to live. We don’t have the luxury of a small island society with no outside influences - we are stuck with what we have made our present to be. Only we have the power, and the ability to change it - but it begins with taking a good hard look at ourselves, at our lives, and at our excuses.

Well… as you can see, I’m currently working on updating the style of my website! Truth be told, I had always been a little bit scared - yeah, silly, right? - of working in Word Press! I couldn’t for the life of me get my brain to comprehend exactly how this thing works!

Out of the blue, in September 2008, my old boss called me and asked if I wanted to go back to work online, heck yeah! Gotta tell you that working 45-50 hours at a convenience store just doesn’t pay very well here in old Pennsylvania, but a job’s a job, correct, especially in times like these! Anyway.. back to the story - I actually had to learn how to write in WP and do blogging for my job, so.. here I am.. redoing my site, trying to learn the ins and outs!

Please be patient, especially if you are looking for glitters and/or any Neopets items as they’ll eventually be moved over here. For now, you can access them if you want to go to: Neopets Glitters and some Graphics! Please note that this index page says NEOCRITTERS.NET, and YES, they are creations of mine, I was the original owner of the domain Neocritters.net. Additionally, you’ll be able to view some basic tutorials - however, they are at least 2 years if not a bit longer on the “old” side, so I don’t know how well they will still work. Yeah, it’s been well over 2 years since I’ve done graphics or anything else, and I’m waaaaaaay behind! Some days feeling extremely ignorant about what’s happening out there with technology!

You can also still find some of my favorite recipes, particularly low-carb recipes I’ve collected, from friends and others and they should still be available to print out in plain text if you’d like any of them.

So yup.. the dust is flying! I’m still doing some major overhaulin’ here at my site… damn, can’t believe I’ve owned this domain for at least 10 years now! I’m ready to change it to a new name, particularly since I no longer really make graphics or at least attempt to make graphics for use! I’m so far behind… believe it or not, whenever I open Adobe Photoshop, I take one look and go.. “uh, yeah, right.. now what!” I’m still working on a very old Paint Shop Pro Version 7 - Anniversary Edition! Anyway.. enough babbling.. as I said, please be patient! I hope to start writing again, expressing my very contentious and highly opinionated viewpoint as I start writing more pages for my favorite section… Life - My Views!
